Can each side show different content?

Yes. The two 7.5-inch e-paper displays can show independent names, roles and meeting details. Both offer 800 × 480 resolution in red, black and white.

Does the display need continuous power?

No. E-paper retains its image after an update without continuous power. The built-in 1800 mAh lithium battery lasts approximately 260 days with two refreshes per day. Actual battery life depends on the environment and refresh frequency.

Which apps and wireless connections are supported?

Clients are available for HarmonyOS, iOS, Android and WeChat Mini Programs. The device supports SLE 1.0 and BLE 5.4. Connection options depend on phone hardware, operating system and deployment; not every phone supports a direct NearLink connection.

How do I confirm that a display has updated?

Check delivery status in the client. A successful send request does not mean the screen has refreshed. Confirm the device result and the actual display before the meeting.

Does the USB-C port support data transfer?

The confirmed purpose is power supply; USB data transfer is not a promised feature. Use the device indoors within its operating range of 0–40°C.

How can we plan a deployment for our meeting rooms?

Tell us your number of rooms, seats per meeting, update frequency and existing management setup. We will discuss a suitable pilot, connectivity and workflow.
