ORAI Fox e-paper nameplates make their conference debut
Two events at Shenzhen Technology University marked a key step for ORAI Fox e-paper nameplates, bringing laboratory development into real conference settings.
ORAI Fox e-paper nameplates made their debut at two major events at Shenzhen Technology University, marking an important step from laboratory development to real conference applications.
At the events
On June 13, the inaugural Runyuan Low-Altitude Forum and the launch of the Institute of Low-Altitude Intelligent Technology took place in Auditorium 101 of the university's C-3 Administration Building. ORAI Fox nameplates served as digital identifiers at guest seats, presenting clear, updatable names and affiliations to support check-in and seating guidance.

On May 14, the university hosted the opening ceremony of the Shenzhen Technology University–Lingzhi Intelligence Joint Research Institute for Innovative AI Applications, alongside a symposium on AI across industries. ORAI Fox nameplates were also used at guest seats, with low-power, high-contrast e-paper displays keeping information clearly presented throughout the event.

From the laboratory to the meeting room
Both deployments demonstrated the stability and usability of ORAI Fox nameplates in real conference settings:
- E-paper displays: high contrast and low power consumption for longer meetings.
- Dynamic information updates: guest names, affiliations and seating information can be adjusted through the management system.
- Lightweight deployment: rooms can be prepared quickly without complex wiring.
ORAI Fox will continue to improve its nameplates and explore wider deployment at universities and in government and enterprise meeting spaces.
